Vintage blocks in this quilt were cut from hand towels, dresser scarves, linen hankies, pillowcases, placemats and napkins.

Supplies You'll Need

12 vintage linens, cut and framed with strips of 30's fabrics to equal 9 1/2-inch squares, including seam allowance

2 yards muslin (200 thread count)

A healthy 30's stash; include conversation prints - 10 or so varieties in each color family: 1/8 yard each.

Yellow, blue, Purple, Pink, Green, Red and Teal
